The Road to the Renaissance Gala will mark an auspicious milestone - the appointment of President Andrea Lewis Miller as the first woman president in the College’s 155-year history.  This night to remember also will raise much-needed funds to ensure the College brings its strategic plan to fruition.  The evening will be full of inspiration and entertainment.

Dr. Miller is the first woman president of LeMoyne-Owen College, a dedicated alumna and a visionary who is personally invested in the College’s success.  She is poised to usher in an era of transformation that will propel LeMoyne-Owen to the next level as a touchstone for community growth and development and as an incubator for Memphis’ best and brightest professionals.

Inaugural Gala proceeds will help the College keep tuition affordable, advance efforts for the Centers of Excellence in Cyber Security  and Urban Teacher Education and provide scholarships to students with academic gifts and those with financial challenges.

You are invited to support this momentous occasion as a sponsor or participant as we look forward to a fabulous and fun event April 29.   Sponsorships and tickets are available in the LeMoyne-Owen College Office of Institutional Advancement.

Please contact Brenda Gaines-Ollie, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, at (901) 435-1527 or brenda_gaines-ollie@loc.edu for more information.

Thank you for your support.
