LOC Launches RFP for Campus Master Plan (Addendum)

The College has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to help the institution define its Campus Master Plan for the next several years. Through this RFP, the College seeks to procure necessary planning and analytic services at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give ALL qualified businesses, including those that are small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran owned, the opportunity to do business with the Institution.). In addition, all small, minority, women and service-disabled veteran owned businesses are strongly encouraged to register with the Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise (Go-DBE) or the Midsouth Minority Business Continuum (MMBC) to attain official certification.

The Bid or Proposal, and all related correspondence shall be via electronic means before 4:30 p.m. CST on Monday, January 23, 2023. Submit One electronic version (pdf format) of your proposal via email to CMP2023@LOC.edu. The subject line of your email should include RFP 23-02-01 Campus Master Plan 2023 and include the Proposers’ Name. Bids arriving after 4:30 p.m. CST on January 23rd may not be accepted. The College will establish an evaluation committee to evaluate all formal responses to the RFP.
