PoS Learning Outcomes

Qualified graduates of this program will be able to do following.

  • Apply principles of cybersecurity and computer science to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential risks, and maintain operations in the presence of threats.
  • Apply principles of cybersecurity and computer science to make long-term strategy and short-term plan to protect information systems from potential risks and actual attacks.
  • Design, test, implement, and improve software, hardware, or hybrid products and services to solve cybersecurity related problems.

  • On September 18, 2024, the CAE PMO announced that the final set of CyberAI Knowledge Units became available at towson.edu/cyberai (Stoneman). Stoneman includes 20 KUs and two distinct programs. CAE PMO planed to pilot AI for Cybersecurity (AICyber) as a Focus Area and Security of AI (SecureAI) as a Program of Study.
